![]() ![]() ![]() Even a merchant republic is formed and the people of the land prosper. Centuries pass and for the most part, the continent remains undisturbed by conflict. These kingdoms were founded by the 5 ancient heroes, who used the power of the Sacred Stones to seal the ancient Demon King and restore peace to the world. We open on the continent of Magvel, a land home to the 5 great kingdoms – Frelia to the West, Rausten to the North, Jehanna to the East, Grade to the South, and Renais at the center. We enter another Fire Emblem universe separate from the Elibe and Archanea worlds. Well, let’s start this review by talking about the story. I definitely have nostalgia for this game. I should mention here that my brother never played Fire Emblem before, but we both ended up loving the game. We both opened the package to find a Gameboy Advance SP and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. ![]() I’ll never forget that Christmas – my parents told me and my brother that we have a gift to share. Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones was my first Fire Emblem game I ever saw start to finish. I just got to try out a few chapters on a friend’s game console. Although Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken was my first Fire Emblem game I played, it was not the first Fire Emblem game I completed. I continue my review of the Fire Emblem games with the last Gameboy Advance installment in the series and the second Fire Emblem game to receive a Western release – Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. ![]()
